    When am I charged?

    Only after a jeweler confirms your design can be made.

    How long does it take?

    About 10 days from approval. We update you on WhatsApp at every step.

    What if it isn’t right?

    If it arrives not matching what you approved, our jeweler makes it right at no extra cost. You can cancel free before a jeweler approves the design. A personalized piece is made specifically for you, so it can’t be returned.

    Silver or gold?

    Silver is an affordable, fast default. Gold is there when you want it, with a hallmark.

    Is a real jeweler involved, or is this automated?

    It’s guided, not automated: you shape the design through a few simple choices, and a real jeweler checks and can adjust it before anything is made. It’s your idea, turned into a piece you can hold.
