What we do
We’re a guided custom-jewelry service. You design a piece step by step, a real jeweler reviews and confirms it can be made, and it’s hand-cast and finished to order.
A submission, not an instant order
Submitting a design isn’t a binding purchase. A jeweler reviews it first: approving it as designed, refining a detail with your approval, or occasionally suggesting an alternative before anything is made. You’re not charged until that review is complete.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Israeli shekels and reflect current metal prices and your choices, and can change until your design is approved. Once a jeweler confirms your order, your price is locked in.
Renders show the design, not the finished piece
The render you approve is a realistic depiction of your piece, not a photo of the finished item. It’s watermarked and labelled as a rendering so it’s never mistaken for one.
Cancellation, returns & remakes
You can cancel free any time before a jeweler approves your design. After that, because your piece is made specifically for you, our remake guarantee applies instead of a standard return. See our Returns & Remakes page for the details.
Delivery

Your account
Signing in saves your designs so you can revisit, reorder or share them later. Keep your account details accurate, and keep your login secure.
What’s ours, what’s yours
The design tool, templates and software behind it are ours. The physical piece you order, once it’s made, is yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in effect when you submit a design is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
