Returns & remakes
Every piece is made specifically for you, so it works a little differently from an off-the-shelf return. Here’s the full picture.
Why we don’t accept returns
Each piece is cast and finished to your exact design, metal and sizing choices. Once it’s made, it can’t be resold to someone else. That’s why, unlike a shelf purchase, we don’t offer returns or exchanges once a piece has been approved and made.
Cancel free, before approval
Nothing is final until a jeweler reviews and approves your design. Change your mind before then and you can cancel at no cost, no questions asked.
Our remake guarantee
If your piece arrives and doesn’t match the render you approved, that’s on us: we’ll remake it at no extra cost to you. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of what arrived and we’ll take it from there.
What this doesn’t cover
The remake guarantee covers a piece that doesn’t match what you approved, not a change of heart about the design itself, or normal wear over time. If you’re ever unsure whether something qualifies, just message us. We’d rather take a look than guess.
