Why we collect it
To build and confirm your order, keep you updated on WhatsApp, and understand which steps and designs work well so we can keep improving the guided design experience.
WhatsApp is our main way of confirming and updating orders. Messages you send us there are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share only what’s needed to make and deliver your piece: for example, with the jeweler casting it or the courier delivering it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and support you if you come back to reorder.
