How long it takes
About 10 days from when a jeweler approves your design, not from when you place the order. We’ll message you on WhatsApp at every step, including the day it ships.
Where we deliver
Right now we deliver within Israel. Ordering from outside Israel? Message us on WhatsApp before you start designing and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Packaging & insurance
Every piece ships securely packaged and insured for its full value until it reaches your door.
Shipping cost
Delivery within Israel is included in the price you’re quoted: there’s no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Tracking your order
You can check where your order stands anytime from My Designs, and we’ll message the key milestones (approval, casting and dispatch) on WhatsApp.
